ZCCR 94.1 FM is a full gospel radio station, located at Little Dix Hill Road, East End, Tortola, Virgin Islands (UK). This Christian radio station came alive in 2005, when founder Bishop Mervin S. Herbert followed his passion for radio and reaching souls for God. 

After moving to British Virgin Islands in 1969, from his native country, Nevis, Bishop Herbert pursued a correspondence course in electronics and worked in that trade. In later years, he spent quite a bit of time at ZBVI Radio, which was owned by his older brother, Meretts Herbert. He sometimes 'held on' for radio announcers and in 1993, when his nephew, Rodney Herbert started ZROD FM Radio, Bishop Herbert began what has become the very popular program, 'Morning Inspiration'. He was encouraged by his nephew, Rodney, to open a gospel radio station, but had to lay that thought aside, because of the construction of the Upper Room Victory Church Sanctuary, which was ongoing at the time. 

However, after completion of the church sanctuary in 1999, he applied to the BVI Government for a license to operate a radio station, which was granted in 2004. ZCCR 94.1 FM then became a reality and began testing in February 2005. At that time, it could only be heard in parts of the territory, but was later upgraded to full power and now covers the entire Virgins Islands both US and UK and streams online at zccrfm.streamon.fm/. 

Today, caribbeanchristianradio.org, enables us to reach the world. The station was officially launched on Sunday, July 10th, 2005, at the Upper Room Victory Church. 

ZCCR is outfitted with state of the art studio equipment that guarantees smooth, easy listening and the best sound that can be achieved. 

Along with main studio, the station is complete with a production studio and a conference room capable of seating up to twelve persons. 

ZCCR Broadcasts Christian programs (such as Family Talk, The Alternative with Dr. Tony Evans, Unshackled, Women of Purpose and much more), gospel music, local, regional, gospel and international news, radio theatre and live events.
